This has been a familiar scene to me for most of my life: Sunset over the Willamette River in Lake Oswego, Oregon. When the skies isn't rainy and overcast, backscattering at Sunset brings about amazing colors in the sky above which reflect off the waters of the Willamette River below. When the Moon rise aligns with the colors of sunset as in this photograph, it's always a special sight to see. This is a scene my family has been fortunate enough to enjoy for 3 generations.
