Redwood National and State Parks
Redwood National and State Parks, also known as Redwood National Park, is home to the tallest trees on earth. It is a string of protected forests along the Northern California coast, comprised of both the National Park and State Parks. The famed Del Norte Coastal Redwoods State Park, Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park and Ladybird Johnson Grove just some examples of places which are home to groves of giant Redwood trees. The park is home to vast prairies, oak woodlands, wild and scenic river ways and even beaches on the Pacific Ocean.
